Good value for the price. Staff was consistently helpful, but not overbearing. Central location; easy to walk to my meetings.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was very comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, as it is very close to the center and also close to a green suburb. We enjoyed being able to take advantage of their excellent room service for breakfast every morning. this place offers enhanced comfort and quality services.

I was under the impression that the hotel was paid for when the booking was made I did not expect to pay for it while I was there. Will have to now check that it was not paid for twice as someone else did the booking and had thought they had paid it with there credit card. So this has caused a bit of hassle for us.

Clean room, correct staff, breakfast ok. It's a real casino-hotel, and the casino is fun.

The price is too high compared to the rooms. The rooms are clean & functional, but very old & outdated. I wouldn't have a problem with that, if the price was lower.

Had a blast at this hotel during my business trip. The casino on the basement level was a highlight with its slot machine drawings on the walls. The hotel's restaurant offered scrumptious meals. , its location was a key aspect, as it was easily accessible. The staff was super friendly and cooperative.

While the room was decent, the bed was slightly uncomfortable. I could also hear some noise from the casino during the night.

the hotel has a very beautiful entrance and lobby in seccession style, the room was small but clean and with balcony, brakfast very rich and with high quality products, the stuff very friendly

the hotel is aimed at casino tourism, I was by business there and it was somthing noisy and bright in the late evening, but it is actualy normal for casino hotel I supose, however very good value for money

I had a very pleasant stay in this hotel. I loved the fact that it was very close to the center and situated in a beautiful green suburb. Super tidy and the hotel facilities were excellent. I also had no trouble with parking or transportation, as they provided me with excellent service.

The hotel offered great value for money and the location was convenient for exploring the surrounding area. the breakfast selection was impressive, with a variety of fruits, sweets, meats, and drinks available. We also appreciated the ample free parking space provided by the hotel.

We found some aspects of the hotel to be disappointing. the rooms were old and outdated, with low, quality beds and useless curtains.

The hotel is conveniently located a short distance from both the center and a peaceful green suburb, offering the best of both worlds. the room and bathroom are comfortable, with convenient amenities, and the breakfast includes a range of delicious options. Guests can also enjoy access to the casino and parking facilities.

Some of the staff members may not be proficient in English, causing some communication difficulties for non-Slovenian speakers.
